The project targets North Goans and Goan NRIs who visit the state on vacation or for investment during December and January. Increasing the Google Ads spending ensured that many buyers looking at purchasing 2 and 3 BHK flats in Goa were prompted to click on the Classic Squares ad.
Increasing the budget gave us more time and better positioning in Google search result pages. This helped us get double the number of leads we would get before.

Why this was a good decision
Many clients took the decision to stop digital marketing services at a time when their target audience was forced to be online due to the lockdown. Instead, Classic Squares saw this as an opportunity and focused attention on targeting people who now had more free time to look at investment purchases.
We designed a highly targeted pay-per-click strategy for Classic Squares that focused on strong ad copy and more narrowly defined search terms. We included extensions such as site links, structured snippets, and call extensions to further enhance the ads. This ultimately helped them get more targeted and genuine leads from buyers.
